May Wedding at the Charles

Nancy and Anand married in early May at the Charles Hotel...TWICE! First came a gorgeous Hindu ceremony with traditional dress for all participants. The courtyard was transformed witha mandap from Alankar Decor and beautiful, scented rose garlands from the fabulous Flowers and Finery. After the Hindu ceremony, the bride and groom and wedding party changed clothes and a traditional Jewish ceremony took place.
The day was perfectly orchestrated by Tangorra Wedding Planning and the evening was a beautiful blend of fun, family and friends...and an amazing Indian food buffet! The deejay, Tarang Gosalia, had no problem keeping the party going all night!

Veronique Serenade

Sue and Josh got married at Veronique in Brookline. The wedding was filled with personality, humor and pop culture! Each table had a movie theme, the cake was topped with a gleaming Oscar, and the groom serenaded his bride with a deeply personal, tender song he'd written.

And during the toasts, he had another surprise for his bride: he played a song that they had recorded together...that she knew NOTHING about!

The evening was filled with laughter, a few tears of happiness, and some jaw dropping dance moves!

A slideshow, featuring the song they sang together:

February at the Four Seasons

I want to share some images from a February wedding at the Four Seasons. The event was flawless from start to finish, thanks to the impeccable work of everyone at Tangorra Wedding Planning. Romantic lighting, incredible food, and great people: is there any better recipe for a fantastic evening? Deb looked perfect: elegant and sweetly pretty, and Jeff was cool and ready to have some fun! It was an honor to be there capturing the day. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Deb and Jeff! Thanks for sharing!

Time Lapse Photography

In a way, I'm a time traveler. The past, present and future are all in my lens as I photograph weddings. A happy bit of time lapse photography from my recent (and not so recent) files...

Hello, Owen! 2008

No, I'm not curing cancer. But I am so thankful for what I am able to do, and for the people who allow me to do it!
